MFABI works with service provider SV and the Shipping carriers through which they manage the orders for the Fulfilment. MFABI provide complete supply chain Management end to end service, their logistic management provides facility to deliver the products to locals, interstate and around the world. So basically MFABI is the complete management system which provides the different services to the end user and e-commerce websites to Store, Deliver, return, Pick & drop facilities.

MFABI was facing the problems with the management of the orders and handling there analytic. They were using the traditional way of using Google sheets to manage their orders and creating the records. By following this they were facing many problems like duplicates orders, human error while entering the records. As the company is growing they were facing problem with handing the bulk of the order and analytic.
So they need a one Platform or applications were they can manage the orders in a bulk, they need something more efficient and reliable to handle orders Fulfilment. Also they need to record each activity of their Analytic to manage type of the order and what are the cost and expenditure and more. MFABI was in the Search of some automated platform which will handle the complete management system in easy and simple way.

Zoho Has Zoho Creator, This is an all-in-one low-code application development software platform that is designed to help businesses digitize their business operations without the hassle of traditional development. The solution enables professionals to access data from remote locations using any mobile device. We suggest them to make use Zoho creator the handle the Multiple Orders type in one place. To Handle the Analytic data for all Billings report, Pick-pack reports, and other reports, we introduce ZOHO Analytic. Zoho Analytic is a self-service BI and data analytic software that lets you analyze your data, create stunning data visualizations, this become very useful platform for the MFABI to save and access all the reports on single software.

- Then we create a Zoho One customer Relationship management tool so they can Manage and store all the customer data and Related Information that they need for the business running process.
- Then we created some Custom buttons and functionalities that help them to keep their data in order.
- We added some workflows that helps them to automats their process.
- We Help to calibrate their Goggle Accounts with their Zoho one accounts for getting a counts and accountability for their customer meetings and Team Briefings.

- User Management: Zoho one provide the facility to Create the Users and manage their permission to access the ZOHO creator,Admin user have the access to give the permission. By having this feature it is very easy to create and manage their usability.
- Portal User Management in creator: Portal is the Front-end platform where different clients can handle the order and create the orders. In creator we have the facility to create the portal user and assign to the portal according to need to process all orders.
- Suppliers Management We provided the service for the supplier belongs to different clients those are having their own warehouses and warehouse addresses, also we provide the facility to have the multiple warehouses for the single supplier, Admin user can add the different supplier and the warehouses belongs to each
- Warehouse management For every order in MFABI there was the need to have the warehouses and each warehouse is also having their own warehouse addresses, So we manage in that way that for each warehouse code we give the feature to add the warehouse addresses which will assist the portal user to create the order easily.

- Import Items and Template Management: Zoho creator has the facility to Import the bulk order through excel sheet in one go each order may have single or multiple items depending on the requirement so we manage the Import functionality in that way that it can handle the bulk number of the orders, also we handle the mapping for each fields while importing. To import Excel file we need the Template having all the fields to map.
- Execution feature: Zoho Creator initially create order immediately without the permission of the admin,So it was required that the admin can execute the uploaded items whenever its needed, So for this we added the manually execution feature which will execute the imported items through excel and create the order for that, this feature is applicable only for the admin user, Admin user can access the order and there management according to need
- Integrate Creator with SV and Shipping carriers: Zoho creator has the ability to integrate using the code to any third party software here we need to integrate with the SV vault and Ship-station for this we need a feature to push the order to the SV vault for this we have to use the API s for the SV vault and ship-station. By adding these features we can easily push the Order details directly to the SV vault or ship-station.
- Production Order management: Production orders are the type of orders that are created to deliver by the SV. In Production orders we handle the creation of the order with respect to warehouses belongs to various clients each order which is placed is directly upload to the SV where future process of the order is implemented.
- Sales Order management: In creator we also provide the feature to create the sales order, here every order that is created is managed by SV and the shipping carriers. This feature assist with reducing lots of workload from the MFABI itself and helps to manage the order with more accuracy and in more efficient way.
- Transfer order: In creator app we also give the feature for the orders that need to transfer from one warehouse to another here user have the ability to create the order which will then receive by the SV. For every order the need to just do some clicks and the order become ready for the Pick Packers to deliver from one warehouse to another or from warehouse to e-commerce websites.
- Zoho Analytic Management for Billing: Zoho Analytic is a very advance programing platform which is used to manage all the reports related to the billing and order management. Here we provide them the facility to validate the order history there expenses, categories of the order filtering the order on behalf of dates and month, As Zoho is having its own cloud based storage so in here we are having the facility to store the bulk data with easy access. So for MFABI it is considered to be the more suitable and professional way to have all the data in one place. Zoho analytics can have the ability to not just simply show the report but also work as the billing assistance to them we can do multiple calculation based on the requirement and get the more accurate result for the bulk data

The implementation of Zoho One, Zoho creator and Zoho Analytics helped MFABI to streamline their sales and Order management processes. Integration of Zoho Creator and Zoho Analytics:
Problem Statement
MFABI take use of the google sheets to manage there data and then all these data were then uploaded to SV manally. By doing this they were facing problems like time management, efficiency, accuracy. So they were in search of one Platform like ZOHO one where they can manage all the customers, their orders and their billing.
Solution
We Achieved this Problem Using the Integration feature provide by Zoho with their applications. We Linked Zoho Creator to Zoho Analytics and created a Two-way Syncing so when an order is created in Zoho creator then it also automatically added in Zoho Analytics. Through this Approach MFABI Teams is seamlessly processing their Orders and Billing which is lot faster and efficient as compared to their Traditional Approaches.

In conclusion, the implementation of Zoho for MFABI helped the company to overcome their challenges and improve their Order Fulfilment management processes. The platform provided a centralized view of Order Management, improved Analytics Management, and helped the company to make informed decisions and Automats their Process, which is more efficient and reliable then there traditional approaches Using Zoho they definitely see a change in their Quality of Order Management System and also with the Engagements with the Clients
