After scanning the market for several months they came to us and where we provided consultation and offered then Zoho Creator (low code platform)
We handle all the business process of (insurance claim) in Zoho “Creator” by making an application in “ZohoCreator” “VIA Adjuster”. Collect all the necessary information in the application and do some workflows and schedule according to the requirements of the client.

The Challenge:
The client has large number of data of their insurance and claims customers. He want to automate and save all the information of his customers of Company so that all the information save in database and do some automation on that like “Email to customer, Schedule of reminder, Documents saving etc.
Finding a Solution:
To address these challenges, they contact to KG CRM Solutions, we Introduce ZOHO for Simple BNN DMCC.Zoho provides multiple software’s for the Invoicing and data management
- First They need their staff to Process their orders for this they need a portal where their staff can login and access the orders so for that we provide the 5+ ZOHO ONE user license and provided the valid permission according to client.
- Then we create a Zoho One customer Relationship management tool so they can Manage and store all the customer data and Related Information that they need for the business running process.
- Then we created some Custom buttons and functionalities that help them to keep their data in order.
- We added some workflows that helps them to automats their process.
- We Help to calibrate their Goggle Accounts with their Zoho one accounts for getting a counts and accountability for their customer meetings and Team Briefings.

Finding a Solution:
The client find zoho one with the help of “KG CRM Solutions LLP, who are authorized partner of Zoho We automate all his business in “zoho one” package that include Zoho Creator, Projects, Workdrive, CRM. We make an application in zoho creator and do all the operations according to client needs. First of all the customer fill the form about their issue then data save in zoho creator and then we do the following operations on data like “Email to customer, Email to Owner, Email to insurer inspector, schedule of reminder via automations. The owner can manage their portal user using the “user” form also the owner can add or remove the users. The users can Emails directly via the Email form in the application to follow-up. Then the clients and users can save their information/documents in the application in attachment part. After all, we created a dashboard to show the stats of open and closed claims and some other usable information related claims like “Total claims, Unsettled claims, claim settle and average days to settle etc. After the submission of claim form a folder will be create in the Zoho work-drive against the name of the insurance claim number. The basic purpose to create the folder in the work-drive to save the documents of the particular customer/client in the zoho work-drive.
